Making decisions about your career can often be a confusing and stressful time. Most 斯图dents don't enter college already knowing exactly what career path they will be taking. Career planning involves discovering who you are, 设定目标, and developing an effective strategy to realize those goals.
It's important to understand and accept that career planning is a continuous process, and it will change as your life changes. The 学生 Development Center is here to help you discover those changes through career assessments and career 值 interviews.

The Career Development Center offers a free online, 自导, interactive program for 斯图dents and alumni that is designed to help you select a major and plan your career based on your personal interests, 值, 技能, 个性, 和愿望.

使用Focus的技巧
- Start by working on sections that are more relevant to you. You do not have to complete every section. Select the ones that best meet your needs at this time.
- Each section takes 10 to 15 minutes; the whole program takes less than 2 hours to complete.
- You may exit and return to the program at any time.
- If you have questions or would like to review your reports with a career counselor, email 斯图.dev@elahomecollection.com, or call (509) 527-2313.
Discover your 个性 type. This indicator can be very beneficial in showing why and how we like to work. It takes approximately 30 minutes to complete online. If you would like to review your results further, contact the 学生 Development Center for an appointment. Bring a printout of your results with you.
